Full timeline

1. 1Pat the chicken dry, season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. 2Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat, 5 minutes per side.
3. 3Remove chicken. Soften garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in the pan.
4. 4Pour in cream and parmesan, simmer until the sauce coats a spoon.
5. 5Stir in spinach, return chicken, simmer 4 minutes and serve.
